FAQ
Where do the rates come from?
Live rates come from the ECB reference rates published via the free Frankfurter API, refreshed daily on business days. If the network is unavailable, built-in reference rates are used.
Is the money exchange rate the same as the bank rate?
No. Banks and card networks add 1–3% on top of the mid-market rate. Use this tool for the mid-market reference.
Why does every converter show slightly different rates?
Rate providers update at different minutes and add different margins. Differences of under 1% are normal between sites.
